Dr. Siti Sarah Omar is an accomplished academic and certified professional trainer with extensive experience in human capital development, leadership, and behavioural skills training. She currently serves as an Associate Professor at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, a position she has held since 2008, demonstrating over a decade of commitment to academia and professional development. Dr. Sarah holds a PhD in Management from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom, a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from the International Islamic University Malaysia. Her professional credentials are equally distinguished. She is HRD Corp certified under the Train-the-Trainer programme and holds multiple certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), including Certified NLP Coach, Certified NLP Practitioner, and Certified Lab Profiling Practitioner. In addition, she is a Certified Auditor for ISO 9000:2015 and recognised as a Professional Entrepreneurial Educator by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia. She is also an active Fellow Member of both the Malaysian Institute of Management and the International Society for Development and Sustainability.
