Course Description
Construction Contract Management – Phase 1 is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the essential principles and practices of construction contract management. The course covers the complete contract lifecycle, from contract formation and documentation to contract administration, stakeholder responsibilities, contract variations, claims management, Extension of Time (EOT), and dispute resolution.
